Insert the cable into the interface at the bottom first

After opening the box of the OptiPlex 3090 Ultra, first take out the stand and base, the thin and long PC body, the wireless keyboard and mouse, the AC adapter and the power cable. In combination with the liquid crystal display this time, tools such as screwdrivers are not required.

This VESA mounter hole has 4 screws to fix the stand, but you can leave it as it is. Align the two protruding parts on the VESA mounter part of the OptiPlex 3090 Ultra with the recessed part of the VESA mounter of the C2422HE, and then push it down horizontally until it makes a clicking sound. This completes the connection between the C2422HE and the OptiPlex 3090 Ultra.

Finally, connect the power cable of the LCD display and the OptiPlex 3090 Ultra to an outlet, and the display cable of the OptiPlex 3090 Ultra to the LCD display.

Compared to desktop PCs, where you just need to connect the LCD display and the PC itself with various cables, and notebook PCs and LCD-integrated PCs, which basically do not require cable wiring, the setting work is a little more time-consuming. However, as you can see from the flow, it is not a particularly difficult task, and it is not a task to be done frequently, so there should be no problem.

To connect with the C2422HE, I used the Type-C cable that came with the C2422HE. However, since the cable attached to such an LCD display is supposed to be connected to a general desktop PC, it is too long to connect to a PC such as the OptiPlex 3090 Ultra and the cable is left over. You can purchase a shorter cable from the OptiPlex 3090 Ultra's BTO menu, so add one if you need one.

The power button is on the top of the stand. In addition to the bottom, there are two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports on the right side, making it easy to use USB peripheral devices such as USB memory that are frequently attached and detached.
