Apple Music is not a service exclusive to Apple products such as iPhones and Macs. You can listen to it on Windows (iTunes), and you can use it on any Android device that runs the Apple Music app. If web browsers are included, the number of operating environments is even greater, and will likely increase in the future.
The Android version of the Apple Music app runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or later. The usage conditions are the same, such as requiring an Apple ID and being able to share with up to 6 family members if a family plan is selected. Of course, there is no difference in the content that can be used, such as the number of songs you can listen to.
Bluetooth audio is also favored by Android. The only Bluetooth audio codecs that iOS/iPad supports are SBC and AAC, but if you use an Android device that supports codecs such as aptX, aptX Adaptive, and LDAC, you can aim for higher-quality lossless playback.
