From "Settings", click "Account" → "Manage Microsoft Account"
When you sign in to Windows 10 with your Microsoft account, it will be automatically linked. It stays that way even if you reinstall Windows or give it away. Up to 10 devices can be associated with the Windows Store, so devices that are no longer needed must be removed from your Microsoft account.
Click "Show All" under "Devices"
A list of devices associated with your Microsoft account will be displayed.
Click "Delete ○○" for unnecessary devices
First, open "Account" from "Settings" and click "Manage Microsoft Account". If you are using a PC with a local account, open the Microsoft account page in your browser and sign in. Next, click Devices -> Show All.

Check "I'm ready to remove this device" and click "Remove"
Click "Delete PC/Laptop/Tablet" on the unnecessary device, and after several confirmations such as signing in with your Microsoft account again, you can delete it.

You can open the Microsoft account page in your browser and delete it from "Device"
