Change the resolution in YouTube settings

YouTube has a "Recommended Sustainable Speed" on its help page for each video resolution. According to it, when the resolution is "SD 360p", it is 0.7Mbps, "SD 480p" is 1.1Mbps, "HD 720p" is 2.5Mbps, "HD 1080p" is 5Mbps, and "4K" is 20Mbps.
