-Please tell us how you worked on the recruitment of new business members.
Mr. Matsuo: If you tell us the results earlier, in the first staff recruitment, you can apply for more than 200 people with only SNS, and have successfully hired over 30 side job members.
At the beginning of the business, I had two people, one and a core staff (working more than three days a week).Neither of them have no experience in personnel or hiring, and they are all beginners.
